Dr. Muhammet Fatih Doğan

Dr. Muhammet Fatih Doğan completed his undergraduate, master's and doctoral studies in primary education. His doctoral dissertation focused on daily life problem-solving skills. He currently continues his work as an independent researcher. His research interests include self-regulated learning, theory of multiple intelligences, the "good kid" phenomenon, virtue education, and, of course, DLPS. He has published four books and numerous articles on these topics. Although his research covers a wide range of subjects, he focuses primarily on science education in primary education. His aim is to carry out scientific and academic studies to ensure that children are raised through education as "good" and "skilful" individuals who can make useful and realistic contributions to themselves and the society in which they live.

Dr Muhammet Fatih Doğan has conducted numerous focus group studies in schools, universities and various professional networks on issues related to scientific and academic journal publishing in Turkey and around the world. Based on his experiences and findings, he decided to publish The Primary Education Journal as an experiment to improve the shortcomings of scientific and academic publishing, under the motto "another academic publishing is possible". He currently serves as the editor-in-chief of the journal.

Dr. Muhammet Fatih Doğan greatly enjoys listening to Anatolian rock and Turkish folk music songs. Among his hobbies is experimenting with electronic circuit boards. He is very fond of watching Korean dramas. Dr. Muhammet Fatih Doğan, father of two daughters named Ahsen Ece and Elif Duru, and currently lives in Tekirdağ, Türkiye.
